Abstract
Barbershop is an innovation or development of a fashion, where previously barbershops were often
called barbershops, starting from itinerant barbers, to those who settled down. The problem
encountered in the reservation process at Barbershop Bagong is that they still use telephone and
WhatsApp media to contact the Barbershop, so this makes it difficult for customers to obtain accurate
information because customers have to confirm repeatedly to get information about service
schedules and service prices, so also with the Barbershop must provide this information in detail to
each customer. Barbershop also does not yet provide reservations for digital haircut services, so this
is unsatisfactory for customer service. Solving this problem uses the agile method, which is a method
of software development and project management. The stages of Agile Software Development as a
software development method. After testing the web-based reservation application using WordPress
at the Bagong barbershop, using the blackbox method, the result is that customers can make
reservations online and obtain barbershop information. Based on the above test using the blackbox
method, which has been carried out on a web-based reservation application, customers can make
reservations online anywhere and anytime and customers can also obtain information about
barbershops.
