Abstract
IQRO Kindergarten is a kindergarten school that focuses on the training and development of early
childhood. The daycare system applied to IQRO Kindergarten is run with a report card system in the
form of a book, but this system has several drawbacks, such as the parents being unable to know for
sure what activities the child does while in the school environment. Teachers who every time period,
are required to provide reports to parents and schools, make it difficult for school administrators to be
able to monitor the activities in IQRO Kindergarten , makes it easier for teachers to report with a more
flexible time and makes it easier for parents to monitor children's activities, not only in the form of
grades but also through photo and video media. The SDLC method with the waterfall approach is the
method used for this research. Researchers analyze the problems that exist in the current system so that
researchers can determine solutions. The design made in making the application is done after the
researcher finds a solution so that further testing can be carried out for the application made. The
results of this study are a monitoring application that is useful for educators / teachers in monitoring
children's development and the ease of reporting student activities while in the school environment.
