Abstract
Based on data from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency in 2019, it was stated that education
was low and there was a mismatch between work and education. This is because the competence of
graduates is not in accordance with what is needed by the industrial world. To equate the needs of
industry with graduates, a solution is needed, one of which is the deepening of skills and
competencies that have been honed in college, namely attending training or workshops. In this
pandemic era, there are many activities that are carried out online, work, meetings and also
workshops to avoid face-to-face group contact so as to minimize the spread of the virus. The
mentorskill simulation application is an application that helps fresh graduate students to explore
their competencies and skills, by selecting skills and being accompanied by experienced mentors to
hone deeper in their skills and competencies. In this application there are three fields, namely the
field of web development, android development and graphic design. The development method used
in making this simulation application is the agile method with 6 stages, namely planning,
implementation, software testing, documentation, deployment and maintenance. From the results of
application testing, it was found that with the mentorskill simulation application, fresh graduate
students could use to hone skills and competencies.
