Abstract
STMIK PPKIA Pradnya Paramita (STIMATA) Malang ia a college in the field of
Information Technology, but the institution does not yet have an information system that
handles online letter submissions so students who submit letters are required to come at
the Academic and Student Affairs Administration (BAAK) counter. BAAK who handles
the submission of this letter has difficulty in storing the number of documents submitted
by students, as well as difficulties in finding files when needed. The purpose of this study
is to design a letter submission system that handles the problem of storing document
submissions, as well as students who do not need to come to the BAAK counter to submit
letters offline again. This research method uses the SDLC method with the waterfall
approach. Researchers conduct an analysis to find out the problems that occur so that they
can determine solutions to these problems. System design and application development are
carried out after analysis so that it can be continued with application testing. The results
of this study are the formation of a mail delivery system that is useful for students, as well
as the management of mail delivery documentation at STMIK PPKIA Pradnya Paramita
Malang.
