IMPLEMENTASI DATA MINING KELUHAN PELANGGAN PADA ISP MENGGUNAKAN METODE ROCCHIO CLASSIFIER (STUDI KASUS: PT.NUSANTARA TAMAMULTIMEDIA)
Abstract
PT. Nusantara Tama Multimedia (NTNet) is one of business engganged at services, more precise is ISP (Internet Service Provider), to operatethey bussines NTNet require handling customer complaints from which provided, then handled and answered the solution by technical support. From customer complaints data avaliable during 2 years latest can take the conclusion that any complaint at NTNet have average handled through 3 days, where this complaint can handled as long as 1-2 days. The distant process of handled complaints it causes presence process troubleshooting any complaints handled, that new data complaints having similarity with previous data complaints. Then at this research aims to created implementation data mining customer complaints at ISP, it can helping for increase customer complaints service in accurately and quickly. Implementation of data mining customer complaints system development system method used System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall which have some stages: 1. Analisys, 2. Design, 3. Manufacture the program code, 4. Testing. Result ratingof system implementation data mining customer complaintsat isp use rocchio clasifier method was trials at where research, having average score 4,18 withgood explanation.
