With the wide spread popularity of social networking sites (SNS),enterprise organization have started to explore the business oppotuines in SNS such as Facebook to conduct targeted marketing and repution management. Customers or uses tend o trust the onipin of other customers of users,escpecially those with pripor expreience of a product of service,rather than company marketing. Using this imporved TOPSIS method, influencing users are identified and ranked on a Facebook dtaset and compared against with TOPSIS method eith no homophily. The experimental results show that how well the proposed technique precocoiously identify and rank influential users based on a certain topic or business situation.
