In mobile ad hoc networks (MANET), Artifical Intelligence (AI) based distributed intrusion detection (DIDS) technique are very rarely available. In general, these technique are used for either detection or authentication process. In this paper, we propose a combined approach named as fuzzy based intrusion detectuion swarm based authenticated routing in MANET. This technique involves the detection of attacker lever of the nodes in the network layers such as MAC layer, physical layer and routing layer using fuzzy logic technique.
